      • We dispatch items as quickly as possible, most of the time it is next day dispatch, however this can change if you order at a particular time of the day. If an order comes in and we can make and dispatch it in time for that days dispatch - then you may find that we have already taken it to royal mail. If you have provided us with the incorrect delivery address and contact us before dispatch we have dispatched, then we will change the label before we send it. If you realised after it has been dispatched then we would kindly ask you reorder at your own expense as if it goes to another persons address, we unfortunely have no way of getting the person to return the item. (we will provide the reciept as proof which will have the date and time it was dispatched) If we have made a mistake on the address, then we will take full responsibility and provide you with a refund.Account Privacy
