Important Shipping Information:

  • Royal Mail is our chosen postal service - We find the customer service is better and the speed and accuracy is what our customers expect.
  • We try to offer very competitive pricing for postage, we try where possible to use eco friendly packaging and wrap items carefully.
On checkout you will notice we offer different options for speed/tracking.
  • Where possible we reduce the costs so our customers get the quickest dispatch and delivery possible.
  • Please remember that these are all estimated dates, and are in no way specific times - but a guide. Some times Royal Mail can take longer than what is stated, if you want items to arrive early for a gift or a specific event, then we would kindly advise you to pick a quicker option, we cannot be held responsible if you require an item quickly but choose a slower postage option.

Dispatched same day/ Next day:

  • We usually dispatch items on the same day or the day after your purchase (Dispatch dates are subject to change if we are at an event: Generally our website will provide estimated delivery times - we will update you in person if anything changes, we have a very good track of dispatching quickly)
  • personalised items take longer to produce but we always try to make them the same day/ next day for quick dispatch.

 

United Kingdom Delivery:

How long does each delivery option take? 

Royal Mail: 2nd Class standard:

Provided free by festival merch, because we provide this option for free it does not include tracking and will take an estimate of 3 - 5 working days - This doesn't include weekends. This is an estimate and can take up to 10 - 15 working days.

Royal Mail: 1st Class Standard:

This is a non tracking delivery option and can take around 2 - 3 working days - This doesn't include weekends. This is an estimate and can take up to 10 working days.

Royal Mail: 1st Class Signed For & 2nd Class Signed For:

Basic tracking is provided for the Signed for option it will tell you when the item has been received by the post office and the next time it will update you is when the 

Royal Mail: 24 Hour Special Delivery - Tracking provided

  • Weekday 24 Hour: On weekdays if you require 24 hour dispatch then please select this option.
  • Weekend 24 Hour: If you are ordering on a Friday or weekend and need it dispatched for 24hour to arrive on time, then you must select this option.

Royal Mail: Tracked and Signed for

  • USA: Estimated 6 - 15 days
  • UK: Estimated 1 - 3 days
  • EUROPE: Estimated 5 - 15 days
  • AUSTRALIA: Estimated 7 - 15 days
  • OTHER: Estimated 8 - 15 days

We try very hard to meet the standards that customers expect from us. Quality is important to us, if something isn't perfect please let us know and where possible we will try our best to help. 

Suggested FAQ:

  • I have placed an order but I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?
    • Answer: If you contact us within 2 hours of your order being purchased, then we will be happy to refund you if the order hasn't been made or dispatched.
    • We dispatch orders quickly - that is what customers expect of us, so message us and we will be happy to refund you within the 2 hour window. If it is out of the 2 hour window, then generally we will have made the item and sent it for dispatch. If the item hasn't been dispatched and isn't personalised, then we will cancel the order if possible.

 

  • Can personalised items be returned?
    • Answer: Sorry but no, personalised items cannot be resold so cannot be returned for a refund, we are a small business making bespoke items for customers, please be careful when ordering an item. We wont be able to refund any personalised items.

 

  • I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
    • Answer: Even when we put steps in place to stop issues like this - we admit human error can still happen, if you could kindly message us with a photo and we will respond to help you. 

  • The item hasn't arrived in the condition I expected, what do I do?
    • Answer: Please contact us with a photo and explain what the issue is, not often, but sometimes royal mail can have accidents and mailing bags and boxes can get handled poorly, leaving packaging torn and items damaged. We do what we can to quality control and wrap things up carefully, but occasionally this may happen. 

 

  • The item hasn't arrived yet, how long should it take? 
    • Answer: Please see below regarding the estimated delivery times, depending which delivery option you have picked on check out - will depend on when the item will arrive. Please kindly bare in mind that royal Mail works hard to deliver items on time, but things can occasionally take longer. Please bare in mind that we have physical proof of postage receipts for all of our customers items. We don't deliver items 

 

  • Other issue? What do I do?
    • Answer: Please contact us and we will advise you as best we can.
