Are your items discreetly packaged?
Yes, all items regardless whether it is LGBT orientated or not is dispatched in a plain colour mailing bag.
My item hasn't arrived, what do I do?
We have proof of postage for every item that is bought and can provide you with a photo of your reciept. Royal mail is our postal service.
For UK & Europe items there is a 21 working day cooling period to allow items to arrive, nearly all if the time items arrive on time but this delivery period allows for delays. For US and World wide this cooling period is 28 days.
